SPS Flashings & Trims
SPS Wall and roof flashing and trims are produced from the same material (Base metal, thickness and color) as the wall roof panels of the building. They include formed Gutter, down take pipe, corner & gable end flashing, bottom flashing, barge flashing & ridges etc. As per site conditions are supplied. Girth sizes are: 305 mm, 406 mm 610 mm, 915 mm & 1220 mm length as per site requirement.
Louvers
Easily installed into end walls for increased Ventilation. Technically designed to be made Customized lengths and ready for installation. The louvers allow fresh air inside and prevent the entry of dust and rain water.
Insulation
Insulation is a non-fibrous, fire retardant (FR), closed cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam. It is certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation and 'Class 1' in Surface Spread of Flame as per BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 respectively.
Multiwall Polycarbonate
Available in 6 MM to 16 MM thickness. Color availability as per client requirement.
SPS Polycarbonate Sheet
Rigid Polycarbonate Transparent roof glazing sheets available in required lengths matching SPS roofing and Cladding, made out of finest lexan polycarbonate sheets from GE-Plastics Excellent Light transmission between 60% - 95% depending on thickness.
Purlins
Purlins provide additional support for the roof: They create a horizontal “diaphragm” that supports the weight of your building’s roof deck – whatever material you use for the roof itself. They also help make your entire roof structure more rigid.
Ridge Vent
One of the great things about a ridge vent is that it is at the topmost point of your roof, with hot air constantly rising, it is bound to make it way out of the top of your vents thus bringing in cooler air through your soffit vents and into your roof, cooling it down.
Sealers
General Purpose Silicone Sealant is a one-part, acetoxy cure silicone sealant for general purpose applications. It provides a flexible bond and will not harden or crack.
